FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN ITEMS?

At this time, we do not offer any vegan items.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE A LIST OF INGREDIENTS?

ABSOLUTELY! We have a list of ingredients available upon request for all items served by Salt x Batter. We do not use any trans fat or hydrogenated oils.

  • HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?

Store cheesecake in the refrigerator and it will keep up to 5 days. Cheesecakes may be frozen up to 1 month. If frozen, place in the refrigerator to thaw overnight and serve the next day.

  • DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS? 

At Salt x Batter, we use a shared commercial kitchen space that we keep very clean and do our best to consider allergies and dietary restrictions when we clean our containers, utensils, and all other surfaces. However, as a shared equipment kitchen, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any kind of cross contamination. In the spirit of transparency, we share this with you for your safety and for the safety of all of our patrons.

While we do have some menu items that are naturally nut-free and gluten-free, we also recognize that those items are not certified as allergen-free. Here is a list of some common allergens that are present in our kitchen:

  • Nuts and seeds: Including tree nuts, peanuts, and others

  • Dairy and eggs

  • Wheat

  • Corn

  • Coconut

  • Soy (found in chocolate)

PICK UP LOCATIONS

We are currently baking cheesecakes and other goodies at a shared commercial kitchen in Bowling Green. At this time, we do not have a store front but we are scheduling pick up orders in Bowling Green (Perrysburg) and Downtown Sylvania area.
